MANNHEIM, GERMANY – flexword translators & consultants receives the ISO 9001 certification as a result of the language service provider passing the ISO 9001 audit.
The ISO 9001 audit takes place by the German auditing company SGS-TÜV Saar GmbH, the German division of SGS, which evaluates flexword translators & consultants on its quality management system and standard of translation service. The ISO 9001 audit reveals flexword translators & consultants retains 95 percent customer satisfaction deriving from customer surveys and its customer complaint sector is under 2 percent.
In order for flexword translators & consultants to receive the ISO 9001 certification, the following standards of flexword translators & consultants must be met during the audit: defined process of translation, hard- and software standards, data security, efficient structures and workflows, evaluation criteria for translators and lecturers, and qualification of project managers. The world view of the ISO 9001 is the standard for quality management and proves the high quality service standards of flexword translators & consultants.
