Your Tasks
Processing customer translation enquiries, preparing quotes for translation and localisation projects and advising clients
Managing translation and localisation projects with CAT tools (SDL Trados, Across and MemoQ etc.)
Compiling and managing the team of translators, monitoring the progress of the project, ensure quality standards and deadlines
Post production quality assurance checks, translation memory and terminology maintenance
Close collaboration with the Customer Relations Management to ensure customer specifications are met
Account management and customer service

Your Qualifications
Fluency in German (C2 – at native speaker level) and excellent command of English
At least 2 year of experience as a translation project manager
Degree in either translation studies, linguistic, business or IT / media design related field
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, other Microsoft based applications and CAT tools
Experience in the translation industry (translation and localisation services, editing etc.)
