Yes, flexword can handle any format you require. Most customers send us their marketing texts in InDesign and FrameMaker.
3. What is transcreation and when do I need it ?
Transcreation refers to a process when a message in one language is being moulded to suit the new audience. It is an important part of international advertising and it is a bit longer process that marketing translation. A transcreation specialist will consider the motives and the desired outcome of the original advert, then set about achieving that for a new audience. If a creative rewrite of the tagline and other advertising copy is required, along with a redesign of branding and imagery, then transcreation is the best option.
4. Can you handle multilingual projects?
Yes, flexword can handle multilingual projects. Our unique internal structures and processes are specifically designed to ensure that such projects are managed efficiently and with the highest-quality results.
5. How long does it take to complete a translation?
The completion of a translation project depends on various factors (e.g. volume, language combination, format of the document etc.). Once you send an inquiry to flexword we will prepare an individual quote for you. If you already have a preferred delivery date you can also mention this in your inquiry.
6. How can I be sure that your work is of the highest quality?
For translations, flexword only uses qualified translators (in accordance with Section 3.1.4 of EN ISO 17100) pursuant to the requirements in Section 5.3.1 + 5.3.2 of EN ISO 17100 for translation services. Proofreading is carried out in accordance with Section 5.3.3 of EN ISO 17100 by a second translator/proofreader qualified at least in accordance with Section 3.1.5 of EN ISO 17100. We only use native speakers of the target language who have at least 5 years of experience in translating and, in the case of marketing texts, we choose only those translators who specialise in the marketing field.
