(Mannheim/London, September 2018) The global language service provider flexword is to operate under the name «flexword Germany GmbH» with immediate effect. With entry in the commercial register, the change in legal form from a partnership to a GmbH is now complete.
This conversion is an identity-preserving change in legal form, with the company’s ownership and structure remaining unchanged.
«This so-called identity-preserving change was of particular importance to us as we wanted to ensure that all agreements and contracts with our customers, suppliers and business partners continued to apply», explained the former and new Managing Director Goranka Miš-Čak. This change in legal form also has no impact on employees; all contracts of employment, rights and entitlements shall continue to exist unchanged.
This conversion from a partnership to a GmbH was the logical step to reflect the enormous growth the company has seen over the past few years. In 2015 and 2017 alone, the company recorded an increase in turnover of around 60% (2015) and 40% (2017).
